Reception
Members of our business staff welcome you to East Bay Pediatrics. We are here to assist you with the check-in process at visits. At that time, we gather and update your insurance and demographic information to ensure your insurance claims are processed correctly and we can reach you when we need to. If the automated appointment reminder calls two days before your child’s appointment have any problems, we will try to contact you directly by phone.
Back Office
Behind the scenes, our business office specialists work with insurance for billing, payments, obtaining authorizations, referrals and scheduling future appointments. While we cannot tell you what your insurance benefits are or why your insurance company does not pay a claim, we are happy to initiate a conference call with you and your insurance to help facilitate any problems you may have.
Our New Patient Coordinator is available to give you the information you need to register with a physician in our group. She will also schedule your child’s first appointment.
